The afterglow of the setting sun left a long, irregular shape that kept changing on the corridor of the activity center. A girl with low twin ponytails, wearing a pink and white checkered dress and canvas shoes, walked in that irregular light while looking up at the signs at the door of each room.

The girl in the dress stood in front of the room with the sign for the DD Gaming Club. She nervously raised her hand and knocked on the door.
Various noisy voices, mainly talking, came from the surrounding club activity rooms, seemingly completely drowning out the knocking sound.
